There won't be a way home anymore

I've decided to start a story based on The hobbit and Lord of the rings. It will goes about a lonely elf living together with her friesian horse (Mister Handsome) and an other horse (i'm not sure which one that will be) and they will go on an adventure together with dwarfs, elfs, the blue wizzards, other humans, hobbits and other things and they will fight against orks, Goblins, a bad wizzard and other bad things This is so i can practice drawing humans and just because i love the stories! 
About this drawing: 
This is just a quick view of mr. Handsome and Bowien, i will change her clothes and his tack to give them a real fantasy war look. But that are things which will follow later.

Refs used: three different pictures for the horse for the atanomy (i couldn't find the perfect picture so i've used things of three of pictures of friesians to make a sketch) and for the human i've also used three pictures of riders for the anatomy (the face have i made without an example ) I'll search for the pictures which i've used to credit them.
